the working principle of SX series products is that after dust is trapped into the dust collector through the suction inlet, the dust-containing air enters the filter chamber from the air inlet flow averaging device of the dust collector, and first encounters the spoiler in the middle of the air inlet. Due to the sudden expansion of the air flow section and the action of the spoiler, some coarse particles in the air flow directly settle to the ash hopper; dust particles with fine particle size and small density are filtered by a filter cartridge with a filtering effect of 99% when the airflow passes through the filter cartridge, trapped on the surface of the filter cartridge, and blown back into the ash hopper by the pulse blowback structure. The purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is re-discharged into the workshop from the exhaust port of the fan chamber on the upper side of the dust collector. The pulse blowback system of SX series products is composed of air cylinder, electromagnetic pulse valve, pulse blowback controller and compressed air. The high-pressure air sprayed out instantly during operation has a good dust removal effect, so that the dust attached to the filter cartridge is shaken off, and the fine dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter material is shaken off into the dust hopper under the action of air flow, which can quickly strip off the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter material, restore the filtering capacity of the dust collector, stabilize the operating resistance and air volume of the equipment, prevent the filter material from clogging and hardening, prolong the service life of the filter bag/cartridge, and reduce the operation cost. SX series pulse blowback industrial dust collector is a vertical filter cartridge filter unit. It adopts vertical installation mode and is equipped with a spoiler at the air inlet to make the large particle dust entering the filter unit fall directly into the ash hopper to achieve pre-dust removal effect. The filter cartridge is made of Dongli coated filter material imported from Japan. After PTFE coating treatment, the filtration efficiency of dust above 0.3μm is above 99%. Such filtration accuracy has good removal effect on PM2.5. The dust collection of SX series products adopts drawer structure design, and adopts the way of opening the door, which is convenient to clean the dust at any time, and the operation is simple and convenient.
